You can book your next car rental online through any Enterprise websites or by calling us at +37499 376060. You are also welcome to send us an email or just visit one of our locations.
To rent a car in Yerevan, you will need to present the following documents:
- A valid driving license, held for at least one year, with the information written on with Latin letters
- A valid passport
- Credit Card
Additionally, for US citizens, an International Driving License is required.
Ensuring you have these documents ready will facilitate a smooth rental process during your time in Yerevan.
Typically, the process takes only 10-15 minutes. When you make a reservation through www.enterprise.am or any other Enterprise website, you'll automatically receive an email confirmation containing a link to input your personal information. This streamlined process allows us to expedite your rental and get you behind the wheel of your vehicle as quickly as possible. When you arrive at our location to pick up your reserved vehicle, all that's required is signing the contract, making payment, and you're ready to go. For airport pickups, providing flight information is preferred. This allows us to track any potential delays and ensure prompt service upon your arrival.
When renting a car from any Enterprise location in Armenia, a deposit is required, which will be temporarily blocked on your credit card. The deposit amount varies depending on the category of the rented car, typically ranging from 200,000 AMD to 250,000 AMD. Please be aware that it is not possible to block the deposit amount on Maestro cards. Ensuring you have sufficient funds available on your credit card for the deposit will help facilitate a seamless rental process.
The deposit amount will be refunded to your bank account within 21 banking days if no damage or loss is identified according to the delivery/acceptance protocol. If you experience any delays in receiving your deposit, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will investigate the matter further to ensure a prompt resolution. However, please note that it is typically your bank that holds the deposit, so you may also wish to contact your bank directly for assistance. Your satisfaction is our priority.
The renter must be at least 21 years old and in a possession of a valid driving license for at least one year.
There is no need to prepay for your rental. Once you complete your booking process you receive an automatic booking confirmation. The payment has to be done at the counter.
All most widely used credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, MIR are acceptable at Enterprise Armenia locations. Cash is accepted supported by credit card for the deposit.
You always have unlimited mileage included in the rates when renting with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Armenia.
Reservations are accepted for car groups only. Although we always try to meet our customers’ preferences, we cannot guarantee any exact model.
At Enterprise, we offer a range of supplementary services to cater to your specific needs and preferences. During the booking process, you'll have the opportunity to explore these options and select the ones that best suit your requirements.

Delivery service is available to any requested venue at an extra cost. The delivery cost will be calculated based on the distance. For Yerevan in city deliveries 5000 AMD extra cost applies. For more information, please contact our customer service department.
In the unfortunate event of a car accident, it's important to follow these instructions:
- Do not move the vehicle: For safety and legal reasons, please refrain from moving the car from the scene of the accident unless instructed otherwise by law enforcement or emergency responders.
- Contact the authorities: Immediately notify the local road police to report the accident. This ensures proper documentation and assistance at the scene.
- Notify your insurance company: Promptly inform your insurance provider about the accident. They will guide you through the claims process and provide necessary assistance.
- Reach out to Enterprise: Contact Enterprise Road Assistance or our technical department for further guidance and support. We're here to assist you throughout this process and ensure your safety and well-being. Upon renting a vehicle from Enterprise, you will receive an "Instructions in Case of Accidents" document. This comprehensive guideline outlines the necessary steps to take in case of accidents or damages.
At Enterprise Rent-A-Car, our standard insurance is always included in the rental package to provide essential coverage. However, we understand that preferences and needs vary, which is why we offer additional insurance options tailored to suit different requirements.
Our standard insurance encompasses the following protections:
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Covers damage to the rental vehicle in the event of a collision.
- Theft Protection (TP): Provides coverage in case of theft or attempted theft of the rental vehicle.
- Third Party Liability (TPL): Offers protection against claims made by third parties for bodily injury or property damage resulting from an accident involving the rental vehicle.
- Personal Accident Insurance (PA): Provides coverage for medical expenses and accidental death benefits for the driver and passengers. Please note that the standard insurance may include a deductible amount, which can vary depending on the class of the vehicle rented.
International one way rentals are available between Armenia and Georgia locations. If you do not find any Enterprise location suitable for dropping off the rented vehicle, you can always request delivery service.
If you have an accident in Georgia, you have to follow the instructions provided by our rental office at the time of rental. To give you fast assistance, our colleagues from Georgian Enterprise will provide you the first assistance and a replacement car if necessary so you can continue your trip.
To cross the border between Armenia and Georgia, you'll need the following documents:
- Valid Passport: Ensure you have a valid passport with the necessary visa, if applicable, for crossing the border.
- Driving License: Present your valid driving license issued by your country of residence.
- Rental Agreement: Have your rental agreement from Enterprise ready for inspection at the border.
- Notarized Authorization Form: Enterprise may require your passport information in advance to proceed with the notarized authorization form which will ensure your smooth entry on the territory of Georgia.
You can book a one way car rental in Yerevan online or at the counter and your rental agreement will include all necessary authorizations for the rental vehicle to cross the border.
If you obtain for cross boarder authorization, your insurance will be valid in both countries. However it is important to note that there is also compulsory Third Party Liability insurance on the territory of Georgia which should be obtained either online before crossing the border or you can buy it at the boarders. If you pick up your car in Armenia and return in Georgia, besides your standard insurance package which is included in your rental, you are required to obtain a Third Party Liability insurance either online on www.tpl.ge or at the border.
If you return the rented vehicle later than the contracted time, extra charges may occur. In case of delay from 1 to 2 hours, extra hourly charge of 5000 AMD applies. In case of delays for more than 2 hours, a daily price will be applied. In order to avoid any penalties, this service should be communicated with the rental branch in advance.
Driving to Georgia is possible at extra cost of 35.000 AMD and should be requested in advance. Driving to any other neighboring country is prohibited.
When renting a car, a special delivery and acceptance protocol is being signed where all the existing damages are being identified. We rent out cars in clean condition and full tank of gasoline and request to return in same condition. If the rental vehicle is very dirty and it makes checking the exterior part of the rental vehicle impossible, we require a grace period max to 24 hours to wash and check the car.
Do not worry! We will keep your car under reserve for another 3 hours after the reserved pickup time. In order to avoid any issues, especially for pickups starting from airport location, it is highly recommended to leave the flight information when booking the car or in case of delays contact us.
You can rent/return at any Enterprise Yerevan locations at no extra cost.
We have a cozy and friendly location right in the arrival hall in Yerevan Zvartnots International Airport. When walking into the arrival hall, on the right side you will see the Car Rental Section and you will see Enterprise Rent-A-Car office. We welcome our customers at Yerevan airport 24/7.
In case of any warning lights, please stop the car immediately and call our technical department. If you fail carrying this instruction which is being communicated also at the time of rental with a “what to do in case of accidents or damages” instruction document, the responsibility for the further possible damages will be carried by you.

Car rental with a driver includes driver service for 8 working hours between 08am and 10pm including 1 hour break time. Any extra hour is subject to extra charge.
When renting a car with a driver, you have no responsibility for any damages or accidents caused during the rental as long as the damage is not caused by you.
Off road driving is not allowed. When renting a car with a driver, the driver is responsible for your safe transportation thus in any scenario when the driver considers any damage on the road, he has the right to change the road or stop the drive.
In case of overnight trips, you are responsible for driver’s accommodation and nourishment.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car is pet friendly. Pets are allowed in rental vehicles. Customers need to keep pets crated and return their rental car in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning/detailing fees.
